We ask for approval of all personalised items before they are print and sent.
We will do this by contacting you through our website or via email.
If a proof is not approved within 7 days of us sending the email we will contact you again, if the proof is not approved by 10 working days we will then ship the personalised order without approval.
If an item arrives different to what was ordered or damaged/lost in shipping we will offer a replacement.
There is a no refund policy on personalised items.
Due to the nature of our products, especially personalised items we do not accept cancellations. If there is an issue with your order please contact email@example.com and we will try our best to solve any problems.
